Finally, the change to Bonhams allowed Paul to move from London to Paris, closer to his European clients and towards the growing continental and international markets.\r\n&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;\r\nHe has a broad automotive interest with a particular love for Italian, British and French marques, Ferrari and Aston Martin in particular. He also has a strong grounding in pre-war cars and a love of the eccentric. He still has his first classic, an MGB GT purchased with some carefully \u2018invested\u2019 student loan, and recently acquired another unusual classis in the form of a Citroen DS19 \u2018Safari\u2019. Spending a lot of time around classic cars since a young age shaped his interest and curiosity in the functionality and mechanical aspect of engines, suspension etc. His big passion lies especially within the motorsport era from the 50\u2019s, 60\u2019s and 70\u2019s. He has a great fascination for the Mille Miglia, in fact, he religiously follows it every year at the wheel of his charming Fiat convertible.\r\n&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;\r\nSebastian has accomplished the German Abitur qualifying him to enter university, but decided instead to follow his heart and passion which is to give classic cars the treatment they deserve, to preserve them and to make them work like Swiss clockwork. He went on to earn his automotive mechatronics apprenticeship before receiving his master technician title. He started his career dream working for Jaguar-Land-Rover-Classic Centre in Essen, working on a range of different cars with different needs. He can clearly recall the painful memories he had when removing the \u201ethausends of screws\u201c attached to the underbody of the Jaguar XJ220. Sebastian joined us in 2021 and fullfills his function as the master technician of our Engineering department. Just after school, he decided to pursue his dream and become a mechanic. He went on to earn his apprenticeship in automotive mechatronics and began his professional career at Kugler Motorsport where he specialised in setting up the cars, optimizing their performance and dyno testing. He then integrated one of the well-known names in the Porsche scene, Porsche Roitmayer in Oberhaching near Munich. His passion for the Stuttgart firm as well as his commitment to learn and expend his knowledge under Mr. Roitmayer senior helped him build a large knowledge of classic machines. With his wide experience, he is now a key team member of our Engineering department, his knowledge of Porsche\u2019s and especially the classic ones leaves no wish unfulfilled. His desire to keep history alive through classic cars gives him the motivation to go a step further to keep these pieces of automotive art on the road.\r\n&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;\r\nFabian\u2019s time outside the workshop is spent at the workshop, unsurprisingly.
