Michelle Eicher
Media Design & Branding · Munich
Michelle joined Schaltkulisse’s Munich office in April 2021 as a dual student at IU Munich and has since taken on a wide range of creative and organisational responsibilities.
She takes care of Schaltkulisse’s visual communication across print and digital, creating everything from brochures, books, invitations and sales exposés to newsletters and merchandise. She enjoys bringing ideas to life and making sure that everything we create feels consistent with the Schaltkulisse look and atmosphere.
Events have also become an important part of her role. From developing the initial idea and visual elements to coordinating partners and sponsors and organising the many details behind an event, Michelle is involved throughout the process. This includes working with suppliers and service providers as well as coordinating catering, music, security, shuttles, guest experiences and staff on the day itself. She has been involved in both intimate private gatherings and larger events, like “Caffeine Injection” with up to 1,500 guests.
Michelle is also involved in Schaltkulisse’s social media and digital communication. She works with photographers, content creators and our social media agency to bring our cars, projects and events to life online and explore new ways of communicating what makes Schaltkulisse unique.
Outside of Schaltkulisse, Michelle likes to make use of her creativity through her own artworks and paintings. She also teaches ballet to young children and enjoys staying active with ballet, pilates and yoga — which, of course, helps her hide her Thai Curry addiction.
