HISTORY
The 997 GT3 RS started production in 2008, and was intended as a rival to the Lamborghini Gallardo Superleggera and the Ferrari 430 Scuderia. Its flat 6 engine boasted a power output of 415 horsepower at 7,600 rpm and the wider rear allowed for a more planted driving behaviour. In total, only 1,168 vehicles left the factory, making it an incredibly rare sight and one of Porsche’s most desirable models in recent years. Only around 63 silver cars were made between 2007 and 2008, making it one of the rarest colors fort he 997.1 GT3 RS.
OUR GT3 RS
Our car is a German-delivered, one-owner car, finished in Arctic Silver Metallic over a black interior and sporting the Clubsport package as standard. The standard GT3 RS livery was dropped by the owner for a more classy and under the radar looking specification, making it an absolute sleeper. The car was produced in February 2008 and delivered through Porsche Ingolstadt in the same month. The car was registered in Munich by its owner and only drove about 14,8k km before it was put into storage. The GT3 RS presents in a very clean condition, and comes with its original books and of course service history. The unique German ownership makes it a desirable collector piece, attractive to collectors of modern classics and Porsche enthusiasts. Before delivery, a service and tire change will be carried out.
